Devco developed and organized a technology transfer, assistance and training
program to deliver key e-business-related technologies and practical training
(including business case study materials) to aerospace/aviation supply chain
participants and service providers. The project, designed as a repeatable solution,
includes the implementation of a customized first-tier supply chain solution,
delivery of training workshops based upon a customer-derived survey, and technical
assistance designed to sustain the overall technology transfer initiative. Devco
played an intensive management role through the project development and implementation
phases to include developing the project proposal and implementation plan, selecting
and teaming with the principal technology solution provider, handling in-country
support activities with the two project applicants, and preparing supporting
