Devco personnel prepared and delivered a Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
seminar at a national defense college and trained representatives from two local
companies and a foreign military service. Devco developed and delivered a localized
300-page BPR and Continuous Acquisition Lifecycle Support (CALS) Framework Methodology
Handbook as part of this one-year project. Devco also prepared weekly activity
reports throughout project execution and task closeout reports on behalf of
the offset obligor.
