Training Simulators
This two-year multi-million dollar Foreign Military Sales (FMS) project delivered
helicopter simulator devices to a foreign military service. Foreign defense
contractor personnel were dispatched to the U.S. contractor facility to receive
training and to participate on the manufacturing team. Devco played a key role
through its development and negotiation of the company-to-company agreement
between the U.S. and foreign defense firms, facilitated the workshare arrangements
between the respective companies, and helped to resolve industrial cooperation
program issues.
